Standard: $385 ($350 + GST) before 19 October 2011

Late fee: $462 ($420 + GST) from 23 October 2011

Registration Fees Include:

Access to all conference rooms; participants are free to attend the presentations of their choice.
All conference materials on the day and proceedings
All catering activities, i.e. morning and afternoon coffee breaks, lunch and post-conference drinks.

Acknowledgements

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email to the electronic address provided with your registration. Please present this confirmation e-mail when arriving at the conference.

Cancellation and refund Policies:

Full refunds, less a $90 processing fee per attendee, will be given to cancellations received in writing prior to 19 October 2011. No refunds will be given after this date. Substitutions of attendees within the same company may be made at any time.
